2018 Week 6 Cookie Update

Congratulations team! We’ve made it to MegaDrop week!

As we all finalize details so we are ready to receive our precious cookies this week, I wanted to pop in and answer a few repeat questions we’ve seen come in via email.

Opt-out Requests

We have processed all of the opt-out request forms that we received. In total, 30 troops requested to opt-out. We were able to approve 22 of them and they are currently updated in eBudde. Three troops had girls in their troop younger than 4th grade for Membership Year 2018, two were missing signatures, and three had girls listed on the form that were not in their troop in eBudde. If you are one of the eight troops that we were not able to approve right away, someone from council will be contacting you tomorrow (2/12) to clarify. By Tuesday morning, if you feel that you submitted an opt-out request but do not see it in eBudde and have not heard from anyone at council, please email customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.

Remaining Cookie Season Forms (Including Me and My Guy Form)

  • GSSNV Booth Inventory form to use at Cookie Booths
  • Me and My Guy Form
  • Troop to Troop Transfer of Responsibility Form

The above forms have been loaded to our website, but are not yet loaded here to Cookie Corner. GSUSA is having some issues with the forms and documents section of our website and we cannot access any of those forms at this time. We are expecting to hear back from the tech team at the National office by tomorrow afternoon (2/12). We will update this post when the forms are available.

  • Smith’s Authorization Letter from the Corporate/District Offices
  • WalMart’s Authorization Lettter from the Corporte/District Offices
  • Smith’s Booth Inventory Sheet listing all the Smith’s by their Store #’s.

These forms are either being finalized by GSSNV or by the respective community partner. We are hoping to have these forms up by Friday, 2/16.

Adding Booths to eBudde

As of now, we believe that every booth authorization we’ve been sent is in eBudde. If there is one that you acquired that is not showing in the system, or if you acquire a new one before the sale ends, please fill out the following form so we can get it added to eBudde as soon as possible.
