If troops have a delinquent parent, they can add the information to the webform and upload the requested documents. We will adjust the troop’s sweep from there. Once a parent/troop is turned in for non-payment, all payments are made to Council and not to the Troop or Service Unit please.
Round 2 Booth Selection opens Wednesday, January 30th at 7am and will close at 11:59 pm.
- If you do not make choices during this round, you will need to wait until Round 3.
- You CAN select up to 3 booths, in ANY Service Unit for this round
- You CANNOT select back-to-back booths.
- You CAN select one major retail chain at EACH (1 Smith’s, 1 Walmart, 1 Vons)
Please remember to follow the Girl Scout Promise and Law and be a sister to every Girl Scout during the booth selection process: If you selected Booths in Round 1, DO NOT drop them in hopes to select six booths in Round 2 that appear more attractive to your troop. You are only allowed to select three booths in Round 2. We must give all troops and Girl Scouts the chance to have a booth.
If you were not able to select three booths in Round 1, you will have the option to select more than three in Round 2 up to a maximum of six booths. Your first three selections will still be limited by Service Unit.
We encourage all of you to look beyond the title of the business. Check out the location and cross streets, note the traffic flow, and figure out where the business wants you to set up. Non-Walmart and Non-Smiths booths can be high volume sales locations, as well. Use your imagination, innovation, and Girl Scout knowledge!
Continued violations of booth procedures may result to losing access to eBudde
As always, please reach out to your SUPM for questions! Thank you for a great start to the 2019 Cookie Season.
